Product: 5 different types of cocottes for restaurants and hotels
Background: The requested quantity will be a 1st sample order to give our client the chance to test the product with their clients. If the product performs well, our client will proceed with regular orders 1-2 times each year.
Quantity: Details can be found in the documents
Packing: Details in Specification, suitable for parcel sending from warehouse to end client
Tender Time: Quotations must be sent before 15th August 2024
Incoterms: FOB preferred (EXW accepted alternatively).
Desired Payment: 20% deposit / 80% before loading.
Certificates/Confirmations required: Detailed material composition, LFGB, Dishwasher safe with 400 cycles
Others: Seller must allow inspections by the buyer and third parties.

背景：所请求的数量将是第一次样品订单数量，以便我们的客户有机会向其客户证明该产品。如果产品表现良好，我们的客户将每年定期重复购买1-2次。

包装：详见规格，适合从仓库发送到终端客户的包裹
招标时间：报价必须在2024年8月15日之前发送
国际贸易术语：优先选择FOB（可接受EXW）。
期望付款方式：20%定金/装货前支付80%。
所需证书/确认：详细的材料组成，LFGB认证，400次循环洗碗机安全认证
其他：卖方必须允许买方和第三方进行检查。
